Individuality

One thing to note is that even in an advanced society there will be disagreements between people, groups and nations, and that is fine, even more, it’s actually a sign of healthy individuality. What determines the maturity of a society is how such disagreements are resolved. In less functional societies, disagreements are often met with violent resolution, which is, unfortunately, still the case in our society.
