Physicality

Physicality is a spectrum of low frequencies that create physical reality, ranging from gross physical (solid) to gaseous, almost energetic. There are twelve frequencies in total that create physical reality. The first three creating the solid reality that we know and perceive as our everyday reality, the fourth being the lower astral, the fifth the upper lower astral, the sixth the lower upper astral and the seventh the upper astral. The eight up to the twelfth frequency are above the astral and thus less physical, but still part of the physical universe. When we dream, we find ourselves within the astral frequencies.
