Why the Meta-Lexicon exists

Throughout the history of mankind, many religious texts have sought to remind mankind of a greater reality that exists beyond the physical. These texts were always written in a way that was tailored to the current level of understanding of the people in each time era. This means that these texts contained a level of truth that was greatly limited but still acceptable; ergo, being not wholly true, but still pointing towards the direction of truth. As mankind evolves and collectively becomes more expansive in their thinking, newer more detailed, complete and accurate levels of truth can be attained. As for the religious texts that we know today, even though they contain some basic truths, they were written in a time where the collective understanding of mankind was much more limited than it is today. These religious texts used to be beneficial during a specific time era, but now, since their purpose has effectively already been fulfilled, they no longer serve any beneficial function in today’s era and should no longer be used as a datum for understanding metaphysical concepts such as angels, heaven, hell, afterlife, sin, etc.

Truth can be simple, but also unbelievably complex, detailed, multi-faceted and layered. Truth can be binary, but also everything in between. Truth can have many aspects. (While writing this text, I realised that I am basically describing what I know to be as God. - YMR) So, when pondering if a piece of information is true, the answer can be yes or no, or both yes and no simultaneously. A truth seeker must always consider the possibility, that any given information may be

  • just a small puzzle piece in a larger picture
  • true only in a certain context
  • not actually true, but just true enough to be pointing the seeker towards the direction of truth And so, it is important to work in levels when receiving information, which means accepting that certain information is only true for your own level of understanding, and that larger levels of truth may be revealed in the future.

Evolutionary level and perception of Truth

Section titled “Evolutionary level and perception of Truth”

How a person perceives Truth is dependant on the person’s evolutionary level. Imagine having to go back in time and explaining to a human from the dark ages what a computer is. You would probably have to break your explanation down into smaller bits and find simpler words that fit into the vocabulary of the human from the dark ages. Essentially, your information would have to be dumbed down to a level that is understandable to the human from the dark ages. Some of your information may not even be translatable at all due to lack of the receiver’s knowledge.

When looking at religious texts such as the Bible, we then start to realise that the information contained in these books may have come from a higher source beyond the physical reality and was subsequently dumbed down to the people’s level of understanding at that time. This could also mean that a lot of detail and depth of the inital information may have been cut or altered to fit into the minds of the people back then. Every living entity has a filter through which it perceives reality. This filter is comprised of:

  • the entity’s culture programming
  • the entity’s own personal biases
  • the entity’s own experiences

The degree to which en entity can communicate with the larger aspect of itself, the greater reality that is in between and beyond the physical, is what is known as communicative bandwidth. Consider the example of having to teach algebra to your pet dog. Is simply not possible because your dog has a significantly lower quality of sentience and communicative bandwidth compared to you human level sentience.

High quality metaphysical information in today’s day and age

Section titled “High quality metaphysical information in today’s day and age”

Today, there’s a vast ocean of high quality and much expansive information that pictures a more realistic, scientific and accurate level of understanding of metaphysics/the greater reality. This lexicon aims to raise mankind’s collective understanding of metaphysics by being an entry point to anyone who wishes to get a grasp of the greater reality that surrounds us. It combines and summarises the most up to date information of the metaphysical community by compiling resources from various spiritual authors such as:

  • Guy Steven Needler
  • Thomas Campbell
  • Neale Donald Walsch
  • Dolores Canon
  • Jane Roberts
  • Edgar Cayce
  • Dr. Michael Newton
  • Dr. Joshua Stone

Yannick
